Dear West Nilers, I am contacting you on behalf of Viko Brenda, 13 year old
girl from Arua, Uganda who has been informed by Cardiologists from Uganda Heart
Institute in Mulago – Kampala that she needs to undergo a heart surgery (Valve
Repair/Replacement) with regards to her condition: "infective
endocarditis of mitral valve with severe MR, mild TR, severe PHT". I am
therefore looking for financial support from good samaritans to help her
undergo this surgery which unfortunately can not be done in Uganda. Her Doctors
in Uganda Heart Institute have said it is possible in Khartoum - Sudan, India,
South Korea, Canada and other places. Attached are her Photographs and
