Good people, I understand Dr Sylvester Onzivua is being driven to Buganda Road Court to face possible charges of abuse of office regarding his involvement in the post-mortem, and aborted toxicological examination to determine cause of the sudden death on December 14, 2012 of Butaleja Woman MP Cerinah Nebanda Alioru. The doctor could be remanded to Luzira Prisons if he can't get sureties as he has indicated.
