I urge all of us to resolve to write on this forum only when we have balanced
mind on the topic (s) of discussion. We should resolve to uphold emotional
intelligence as opposed (sometimes) to academic intelligence. We resolve to
only write on matters on which we have useful information and knowledge. We
further resolve to provide possible alternatives to identified community and
individual challenges as presented for discussion. We resolve not to use this
forum to get even or even try to settle squabbles or accumulated hatred, envy
or despise towards each other. We resolve to respect and uphold the essence and
objective of this forum as our way to thank its initiators and funders. We
indeed resolve not use this forum to kill off our spirit of brotherhood and
sisterhood in Westnile and Uganda atlarge. We resolve to respect this forum as
a platform for use by educated and learned colleagues. We resolve to use this
forum for consultations and
information seeking as opposed to competitively laboring to argue issues not
within our wisdom, ......... among other principles.
You must have already started wondering what I am putting across here! I
actually seriously mean that we must now put here basic rules of usage (modus
operandi) to disallow or minimise erratic and diversionary submissions since
most of the members who registered and subscribed to WestNileNet have improved
minds and still wish to learn and do better.

Acidri Earnest is such a jealous man. I have no idea what he does for living
but his commends are childish, stupid and offensive. If he does not earn enough
income, he should consider going back to school or go into business for
himself. This forum is not such evil behavior.
The focus of this forum has been development issue. I would advise others who
want to quit this forum because of one man whose heart is so evil for others.
We are all struggling to survive, there is no reason to be so evil even if
someone appears to be doing better than you. The person you hate today could be
your savior tomorrow whether he/she is a doctor, a lawyer, teacher, etc.
