Hi Samuel, It will be good if you find someone to do so. We are encouraging even those who might not have developed or completed developing their plots to consider being part of this because of its relatively low cost. By the way, which village is your plot? There are community mobilizers in each village in Onzivu parish. I am not in Arua myself. I am sure you know Elly Nayenda. I don't have his phone contact myself. Do you? I also know that he is a regular reader of the WestNileNet. Elly, if you read this, please do the needful for Samuel. Go to Housing Finance Bank, ask for the Account Number of Onzivu community power project. Deposit the money, make three copies of the payslip. Take the three copies to the chairman of the project committee, Mr. Debo Ismail or the treasurer Avua. Debo's residence is next to the small mosque in oleva village, ahead of Onzivu primary school.
Samuel, let me know if you get contact with Nayenda.
