Afi i feel you anger and pain. This would be a perfect opportunity to raise the issue of the education fund. Please correct me if i am wrong, but i understand that the gate collections/proceeds from the west Nile nights are raised to support education in the West Nile Region. Scholarhsips are good, but i believe if everyone is given the opportunity to access educational materials then we would not be seeing such results. Can i request and propose the following: that a building is identified to set up a private library the said library should be stocked
