I am glad that all of us do recognize and realize the urgent need for action on improving the quality of education in the WN.
In my view, organizing a well attended workshop/Seminar requires planning the logistical requirements thoroughly. One month may not be enough. - defining Theme, content - advertise the workshop/seminar, market the idea so that there is good attendance - what is the target group? - can we chunk it so that we invite specific group/s? e.g. HM/Education officers, GVT officials, Teachers, etc. - find location that is appropriate - timing so that all stakeholders can participate - planning equipment - refreshments & finances if we project the impact of lack of action in the next 20-50 years on this region, where will the people serving this region come from? all level of administration. it is obvious that lack of action to address this problem of poor performance will have devastating impact.
