THE SAD PART OF HUMAN SURVIVAL IN THE WORLD, NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE

   - Human life can be so complicated almost everywhere in the world.
   - sometimes, our take-home income does not cover the cost of living
   expenses ever increasing.
   - Salaries don't increase enough to catch up with inflation, which is
   always on the rise/rampage.
   - You imagine how people cry and weep in North America when Gas/Fuel
prices in North America increase to $4.25/Gallon = Ugshs 10,400/Gallon for
4-6 months. Food prices go up 2-5%.
   - Suddenly when Gas companies drop fuel prices by 25cts or 75cts, =
UGshs 9,880 or UGshs 9,750/Gallon, Everything that went up never comes
   down.
   - You imagine how much people cry when Gas/diesel prices increase from
   7-8 EUROS/Litre
   - Still everyone has no choice but thy drive to work in order to survive.
   - You can imagine the average person pays $30-60/month for Electricity
if you live in one bed room apartment. If own a home, you can imagine you
   pay average $150-300/month for Electricity.
   - You can imagine you pay average $120-300 on a bus/Train for a trip
   similar distance like Kampla-Arua
   - Year in and year out, prices keep going up almost every country you
can imagine, Salaries stay the same.
   - While I am not ECONOMIST, I just trying to to explain the REALITY OF
LIFE in the so called FREE MARKET ECONOMY everywhere around the world.
   - Many of you will be surprise to hear that the most expensive
Gas/Diesiel is in Eritrea = $12.00/Gallon and Liberia which is around
$11.00 /Gallon. These are countries torn by wars
   - I wonder what the cost of traveling from Kampala to Kisoro or Moroto
would be? Same distance like ours?
   - Does anyone have statistics on Electricity Prices in the country and
post for us to see/compare? Electricity tarrifs are controlled by the
   government.
   - Bus Fares and other commodities are controlled by the FREE MARKET
   FORCES OF THE ECONOMY..
   - WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO A BUSINESS IF CONSUMERS REFUSE TO PAY A PRICE?
   - MY GUESS IS THAT THE COMPANY WILL BE FORCED TO DROP PRICES.
   - This true in real life. Why do I as a consumer pay a price I cannot
afford? What options do I have? Must I buy A< B, ----Z product while I know
   my pocket is empty?
   - I wish life could be that so simple! Why is life so complex
   everywhere in the World?
   - May be some who is ECNOMIST should help understand the what drives
   prices up/down?
