Dear brothers/sisters,

I have followed a lot of brilliant suggestions silently on purpose.

   - I was so busy working with a website developer to revamp the website
   for Nile Care.
   - As Lina has alluded to, we now have a new web site =
   www.Nilecareinc.org
   - Last year, I had proposed Book Drive, where we collect books we no
longer need. I am sure many of you have books in your homes that you do not
need at all or have never opened since you graduated from
   college/university.
   - These books could be used for either school library or community
library/resource center as a group from Koboko has done.
   - we have all discussed the poor performance in schools over and over
with no tangible actionable plans/strategy to solve the problem.
   - 3 months ago, we had suggested a project coordinator to lead and
organize workshop/seminar with various stakeholders in the region. To date
we have not heard if this plan is going forward.
   - The idea of celebrating West Nile Centenary sounds excellent but needs
coordination with regional leaders to buy into this. This task needs a lot
   of coordination and funds.
   - All in all, nothing can happen until we become pragmatic and take
   actions to make things happen.
   - Nothing will ever happen unless we are committed to change, make that
   change happen.
   - Our biggest trouble on this forum is executing the great ideas. Great
ideas have a meaning until tested and implemented.
   - Sometimes, I feel we have too much inertia in moving forward, expect
too much from the same people who are overwhelmed (WNF).
   - I would like to encourage more volunteers to step forward and make
   things happen.
   - Talking with no NO ACTION PARALYZES EVERYTHING WE WISH TO DELIVER.
   - jj.
