Francis and Moses, I think you both have a good point and we have a long history of disappointing arrangements in the past. I have been associated with so many groups that it is not difficult to see fatique in them. Programs not getting the required support in all ways and only a few people soldier on to make ends meet albeit with minimum impact. Perhaps any future changes will target those who are ready to soldier on.
We are too people of events. Once it is done, we wait for the next event. That is when people can contribute in all ways but in between even subscribing for membership is a distant possibility. But if this discussion can go beyond being an event into action, then the trend will show a change in the right direction.
