The late Mustafa was a gentle giant, a gentleman OFFICER and very HUMBLE. He
cracked jocks whenever he had an opportunity for and made people laugh out
aloud!
I had the previlage to meet him when I was the Agricultural officer in charge
of tractor hire service for Koboko, part of Terego, Aringa and Obongi. He
politely came to my office seeking tractor service from Kerri. He could have as
well send one of his soldiers to get the service but he chose to come himself.
He laso brought me a present and just called me " agrikacha". He paid for the
sevice and requested if I could send tha tractor as soon as possible. No
threats, no commands but a REQUEST! What an OFFICER!
I visited with him again one lunch time while he was the VP. He acted between
his kitchen and his visitors ( us ) just like a regular guy. He brought water
for wasing hands and the food. We were surprised to get such personal service
from a VP! He did not let his help do the service!
He was a TRUE MUSTAFA, the CHOSEN ONE. He treated every body with dignity and
respect.
May God continue to bless his spirit in Heaven so he can rest in PEACE. We
shall MISS YOU Abadaki and thank you for all you did when you were capable.
With much RESPECT and PRAYERS during this Holly Month of RAMADAN during which
you chose part with us.
Adiga Godi.

A sad moment yet in our hands. He has been ill for a fairly long time. From
Allah we have come and to Him we return. May Allah reward him with paradise.

So sad to hear this! My sincere condolences to the family. We thank God for the
productive life he lived and the service he rendered to the country and our
local community. May God have mercy on the people he has left.
