Anite is ot the only beggar in west nile. Moses Ali begged for Adjumani
district. Aringa begged for Yumbe district. Alex Onzima begged for Maracha
district and returned to the NRM fold once the district was granted. Koboko
officials begged for a district. Many people still continue to treck to
Rwakiture begging Life president Mu7 for favours.
