Dear Cliff, just calm down, we cannot do without such people. For me their negative energy is actually a driving force. We are moving ahead with the few interested and we have formed a technical committee in Entebbe who from last Friday is going to sit every Friday to chat a way forward. I am going to include dr. Aldo in the group, please feel free to let me know if you want to be part. A month ago I was in a Conference in Connecticut, US and I was impressed by one presenter from New York times who said that change is caused by the few people who are considered "abnormal" at the edges of the normal distribution curve, the rest in the middle who consider themselves "normal" are resistant to change and if you want to cause change, dont waste your time and energy on them. I love this principle, so let us not dwell on people who drive alot of negative energy and yet they cannot move anything. Otherwise we shall just be empty tins making too much noise for nothing.
