Thank you for this wonderful work so far. One other thing I think you could do
to increase the chance of our organizations is to guide them on the
presentations if you have an idea of what the other side is interested to see.
I am not sure how composed our organizations are and whether or not they have
made such competitive presentations before. keep it off record.

organizations from West Nile managed to be shortlisted for the next stage of
meeting the representatives of the donor face to face. I received profiles of a
number of organizations from West Nile and sent all to the donor and only
PICOT, RICE and WENLICE managed to go the next stage. Independent people did
the assessment based on the clarity of the information you submitted. It was a
national assessment and you are the few from otuside Kampala based
organizations that succeeded, congs.
I wish you all the best in first week of June in the discussions with the
donor. I will be in the meetings but your presentation will determine your fate
because I will not be one of those making final decisions after your
presentations. Just do your best.
