Dear executive members of West Nile Foundation, I thought this email below is an opportunity which we could take advantage of. We have most times complained in the wrong fora. Though the people in the districts will have the platform to debate the issues,we who are leaving outside the region could come together and debate issues that can be forwarded to this team. Can WNF organize a meeting for people leaving in and around kampala to come and debate issues that could inform are discussions with this team. We all know that West Nile region can only compete with karamoja in all socio-economic indicators in the country and this to me is an opportunity to voice our issues.

Development issues/ challenges pertaining to your district as well as development opportunities that you think should be harnessed are the issues these consultations are picking out. Your participation is very much valued, even though you may not be one of those to attend the workshops. You can raise your issues, concerns or opportunities that you think should not be left out in the NDP II through you local leaders E.g. LCV, CAO LC3 Chairperson or share it out in this forum. I thought i should share this out and provoke a thinking in this line. We want to see a different Koboko by 2040.
