Thanks Richard for the encouragement. It has not been easy. It takes alot
of courage to do such especially among our community where we focus more on
"PHD".  But as you have said it, we dont do it to get human appreciation
but to serve God's people who are in dire need and He knows with what
heart  we are doing it. I am  happy  with the progress at ministry of
health, it looks slow but this has been one of the fastest because of what
we started. I still continue to thank the individuals and West Nile
Foundation for standing behind us, without that the activity in Arua that
sparked off the process at national level would not have taken place. The
policy is almost complete and the plan for vaccination is out and West Nile
is in the first phase but as I said earlier if we dont sustain the pressure
we can go to the third phase. Am happy that politicians have now taken it
up otherwise, personally am getting busy and not able to attend meetings.
Eastern region is actually on top of the epidemic but has been put in third
phase because people are not pushing strong enough from their region.
