My fellow Ugandans ladies and gentlemen, after the dictator lost trust in our UPDF because he was defeated in barracks, he has brought his rebels of M-23 from Congo to destabilise our peace. People on the Western border in Kasese areas have witnessed massive inflow of these rebels to Uganda. The UPDF is ready to confront them. That is why the CDF He. Katumba Wamala is under house arrest. He refused to join him in destabilising the country. Prepare to work with UPDF to ensure safety and security of our nation. The man has even feared returning back to Kampala after receiving reports that the army is waiting to arrest him. He has received phone calls from international leaders ordering him to step down and avoid destabilising the country. This is the very reason why he is very quiet. He is confused. Information from reliable sources indicate that he is considering running out of the country if Ugandans rise up against him, that's why they don't allow Dr. Besigye to come to Kampala to rally people behind the cause.
