says "WestNileNet Subscribers " enter your e-mail address and click the 
unsubscribe or edit button. 

I believe anyone who wants to unsubscribe can do so via this tool ? 

The system also at anytime can also be used by anyone to again subscribe using 
the same tools in the above link and filling the form.

 deregistered, I recall
 requesting the Administrator to deregister me 2 years ago,
 however to date
 i still receive this unsolicited mails!
 To the Administrator can you please  de-register me? it
