Fellow Citizens,

The Uganda Police Cement mixer truck (hereby pictured at Mombasa port
earlier in January) could have finally started fabricating 'concrete
evidence': Christopher Aine has now been paraded as alive and well.
I don't know why but can I kindly see Christopher Aine standing next to his
look-alike younger brother Moses Musasiizi Aine who was also "picked up" on
11th January 2016 from Lumumba Avenue, Kampala and "whisked away"?
If I see the two standing together next to their paternal uncle Duncan
Muramuzi (no photoshop pictures, NTV live interview is enough), then I
promise not only to join the army Senior Command school Kimaka, but also to
join NRM Die Hard Team Sevo-2021 (age limit though).

Meanwhile, the second picture is a Uganda Police Armoured Personnel
Carrier. The cubicle is designed to protect passengers agains't road side
IED's in Iraq. Side windows are strong enough to halt RPG (Rocket Propelled
Grenade) attacks by Fallujah insurgents.
According to Wikipedia, the Mounted Machine Gun (MMG) fires 0.50 calibre
rounds at approximately 5 bullets per second, and one hit can rip off a
whole knee. The weapon is so over-qualified for normal crowd control that
guilty conscious police gunners hide it under special clothing when the
vehicle moves around town.
Uganda Police 2016 regrets to announce that this equipment is perfect for
dispersing these Ugandans.
