<<< Victor, I am helping a colleague here put together a team for work in
Uganda evaluating IFAD's programme. They are looking specifically for a
Ugandan expert with the following profile:

Academic Qualifications:

the national expert must have a postgraduate degree in economics,
development, agriculture or equivalent.

Technical Competencies and Experience Requirements:

She/he should have a minimum of ten years' experience in policy and program
management within the corresponding country.
At least ten year experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in
the context of agricultural development programs.

She/he should be fluent in English.

We have very little time to put this proposal together, and we need to find
a Ugandan expert with this profile before 29 June.

Could you please be so kind as to forward this info to as many of your
Uganda/agriculture contacts as you can, and ask anyone interested to send
their CV directly to me at [email protected]?
