Great effort.

   -  Many of you may remember district education bursaries in the
   1970's/1980's that helped a few students from truly poor backgrounds who
   would not have finished O-Level.
   - My advise to the committee evaluating intake of students should
   establish good guidelines on who qualifies for the stipend.
   - Background information should be verifiable.
   - How do interested parties contribute into this program? Provide
   contact information, etc.
