Great effort. - Many of you may remember district education bursaries in the 1970's/1980's that helped a few students from truly poor backgrounds who would not have finished O-Level. - My advise to the committee evaluating intake of students should establish good guidelines on who qualifies for the stipend. - Background information should be verifiable. - How do interested parties contribute into this program? Provide contact information, etc. - JJ
