Really, what does the writer expect the majority of the poor in Kampala who barely can afford a decent one meal a day to eat? This analysis is insensitive to the majority poor who dwell in Kampala. The real cause for the erratic micro-clinatic changes in the Boda Boda industry and the millions of second hand cars that have flooded Kampala not eating of beans by the poor in Kampala.
