Hi everyone,
I have integrated Mozilla Persona login into the website. It worked
really "out of the box" for Drupal. Existing members can use their
registered email addresses for Persona. New users simply need to give a
new email to Persona, and if they are not registered on the site, they
will be registered automatically :-)
Logging in through browserid will integrate with all email providers,
and will alleviate the problem with social registrations, without
integrating with OAuth providers like Facebook, Twitter or Github. Also,
let us take this initiative as an awareness programme for browserid
We can also turn off the default username/password login in Drupal and
keep Persona as the only login. At present it uses both the systems.
