- Decide which mentor will conduct which steps. Related steps should
be given to a single mentor. e.g. step #4, #5 and #6 will be better
conducted by the same person.
- Decide on how to conduct the workshop, i.e. discuss implementation
of "Workshop Organization Pattern" (see Etherpad) with all mentors. If
any changes to pattern is decided, update it on the Etherpad.
- Discuss which topic(s) will be removed from the workshop to
accomodate the workshop within 2 hours. It is better to stay focused on
Git and remove fork, push for GitHub. Clone can be easily covered.
- Will there be any open house session after the workshop? If yes, how
long, and will that be included within 2 hours?
