Oh, I forgot to post this on 18th :) I know we have to work on various aspects of it. At the irc meet we agreed to not impose it in a harsh way. Most of the guidelines need to written so that it is newbie friendly and also not too deviant from"standard devel/specialist list mailing list practices". will open a page on etherpad for that.
