wget 1.6 and above should download CSS. If you have a case where it
doesn't please send an extract of that page to the list. Or even better
send a patch that corrects the problem. Look at the web-site for
instruccions http://sunsite.dk/wget
Now dynamic HTML is another thing. It would at least require a
JavaScript engine to support it, maybe even a full DOM implementation.
And that's just to begin with ...
