At http://www.geocities.com/heiko_herold you can find a ssl enabled
windows binary, which however does still need thorough testing (please
feedback on the list).
Installation: you need to drop both dll's somewhere in your PATH.
Sourcecode: minor changes only, see the attached diff. Basically the
Makefile, don't include unconditionally <sys/time.h> in gen_sslfunc.c,
and windows\Readme.
Note: gen_sslfunc.$o should be still added to windows\wget.dep and I
don't have automake available. Could somebody please configure
--with-ssl and contribute the relevant line to be included in
windows\wget.dep ?
