Re: wget hangs when restarting after killing the wget process

I am using version 1.5.3. under Linux (SuSE 7.0), Kernel 2.2.14. After
downloading the wget-1.6-file and  starting the makefile, I get the error
...
"file=./echo sl |sed 's,.*/,,''.gmo \
  && rm -f $file && PATH=../src:$PATH msgfmt -o $file sl.po
  /bin/sh: msgfmt: command not found
  make[1]: *** [sl.gmo] Error 127"

what do I do wrong ?
