I just put a DOS binary for wget 1.6 on my web site. This is for pure
DOS, not a DOS box under Windows, and requires a packet driver. It
will probably work in a DOS box if you have Dan Lanciani's ndis3pkt
running, but I haven't checked this. The patches to allow this to
compile are included in the archive. It required a few file name
changes, since DOS doesn't allow filenames with more that one ".". It
also required replacing config.guess with the latest version. In any
case I would recommend that we keep the config.guess files updated to
the latest from the GNU archives.

I'll try to compile the 1.7 development version when I get a chance,
but thought I would get the stable version port available now.
