Please do not send queries like this directly to me, but send them to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], as is documented.  I'm cc'ing this reply there.  Perhaps
someone will have an answer to your question (it sure sounds like a proxy
issue to me).  One thing you can do is send us the output of a wget session
with -d (debugging info) turned on.
