The --bind-address option doesn't seem to work correct with wget 1.6
on FreeBSD 4.2 and OpenBSD 2.8 when I compile it from the source off
of ftp.gnu.org.
I picked up 1.5.3 and the patch from the mailing list originally
implementing this feature, then addad a bzero() of the sockaddr_in
structure used in the bind call before the values are filled in
and it seems to work now.
I had a look at the 1.6 source but I'm not too sure where to fix it.
