It might be problematic due to licensing issues. Wget only accepts
code that has been assigned to the FSF. I don't know if wu-ftpd
developers require assignments from their contributors, but I suspect
that they might not. For that matter, I'm not even sure whether
wu-ftpd is under the GPL.
What you can do is take a look at what wu-ftpd does and describe it.
(Yes, legal stuff sucks. I know.)
