No. I'd never do that for lack of knowledge - I'm no a fluent C
programmer, just a guy with interest in wget and access to a (legal) Win
system with VC willing to provide a binary when possible. It was jast a
(somewhat) humorous remark based on the previous comment (not included)
about a possible problem on *old* systems, in a context referring to
systems lots older than win*.
