There are Windows ports of "tee". There is a Cygwin tee (which would
require the Cygwin dll). There is also a DJGPP (DOS) "tee" which may
also work for you. There is a Windows MingW port of tee which does not
require the Cygwin dll. It is available at:

If you don't have bzip2 to decompress the archive, a Windows port is
