Hi,
there a some bugs&suggestions for wget. I run it on
w2000, cygwin, wget version 1.6
1. bug
command line:
>wget -i fileWithFtpLinks.txt
if input file has links with apostrof (') like:
"ftp://ftp.smth.com/alex's files/1.txt"
"ftp://ftp.smth.com/alex's files/2.txt"
"ftp://ftp.smth.com/alex's files/3.txt"
then all these links will be truncated to
"ftp://ftp.smth.com/alex";
while downloading
2. suggestion
command line:
>wget http://www.smth.com/sss.asp?file=100
wget tries to save file with name "sss.asp?file=100"
and fails. Maybe need to convert it to win32-valid
name?
