When downloading from a CGI output, i.e.

http://sunsolve.Sun.COM/private-cgi/patchDownload.pl?target=105357&method=f

the HTTP header that defines the filename, i.e....

Content-disposition: filename="105357-04.tar.Z"

seems to be ignored, resulting in the file being saved as the name of the
CGI and its arguments.

No idea if this is a sunsolve cgi bug or a wget one, but I thought I'd bring
it up ;)
