Hi,
I am used to WGET 1.5.3 for compiling up - and am now
looking at the move to 1.7 for all my automated
mirroring scripts.
What is the recommended procedure in Wget 1.7 to
make "~" a safe character?
(the way unsafe characters are defined and setup
seems to have changed quite a bit in 1.7 vs 1.5.3)
