ampersand troubles

When I am using wget for CGI-scripts with argumets,
I need use "&" (ampersand) between argumets;
but wget change "&" to "%26" via quoting.
Ho cat I get
http://find.infoart.ru/cgi-bin/yhs.pl?hidden=http%3A%2F%2Ffind.infoart.ru&word=wget
?
