I am a newcomer to wget but I use it often form win98 socksifing it with sockcaps (great). Now I need to use it form linux (redhat) thru a socks 4 server. I don't know how to install the socks object library needed for compilation. Where is it? I have tried the compilation of 'dante', but with no success. The only dante redhat-rpm I have found is for redhat 7.1, and I need it for 6.2 or 7.2 Anyway, I think I read something about a sockslib.o or libsocks.o, which isn't inside 'dante'. I have searched in wget email list archive but I haven't found nothing about that. Can any of you give me some clue? Thanks. Antonio Tovar
