Hello,

 I started a download with the following command on a file that was
 17MB approximately:

 wget -c <file-url>

 After downloading 9MB, the connection had got close. which is around
 60%.

 When the download was resumed, he correctly resumed at 9MB, but the
 percentage completion starts off at: 111% !
