I keep my sources well-separated from my build directories, and wget
has a small problem with the install.man target of the doc/Makefile.
The install command should not refer to $(srcdir)/$(MAN) directly;
rather, it should simply refer to $(MAN). This will enable wget to be
built in a directory separate from the source code.
