It would be very cool if you could extend the accepted/rejected extensions options to MIME types... a lot of "text/html" stuff out there has no extensions, especially when it's a CGI-type URL like "http://www.poop.com/blah.php?foo=bar". Perhaps an alternate solution would be to get wget to recognize the above URL as a ".php" extension.
