Are you sure? Here is what itojun said in
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
due to the IPv6 address architecture (scoped), 16 bytes does not
identify a node. we need 4 byte more information to identify the
outgoing scope zone.
Am I misunderstanding him that Wget needs to keep 20 bytes of
information to successfully connect?
