Thanks. The problem is that I don't personally control the mailing list. Also, whatever scheme you use, there is the question of false positives -- the detected spams have to at least be forwarded to the moderators.
Take a look at the SpamAssasssin, which we are using now. It is a very good tool -- you'll see that it "almost" caught the last several spams. As soon as the sane handling of false positives is arranged, I'll raise the threshold *and* introduce Wget-specific rules. That will virtually eliminate the spam.
