Please be patient.  It only took a few years for the list admin to start
trying to reduce SPAM.  Let's not try to rush him into anything.  After
all, who knows what kind of useful information could be lost if virus
laden messages were to be blocked from transmision to their intended
recipients.

Of course, this list admin also feels that it's OK to tell someone that
you don't care what they have to say on anything, except one question that
you're asking (list open to non-subscribers).

According to 'http://wget.sunsite.dk/#mailinglists', all you have to do is
send an E-mail to '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'.
