If it _is_ an Apache server include. I have tried it with and
without the -U option I mentioned elsewhere in the thread. With the
-U option (I used -U "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT
4.0)") some extra lines get inserted in the output just after the
<!--include ...--> line. I think these extra lines contain the hrefs
the original poster wanted.
