But the whole exeption is only an temporary item. Because there is an patch that switch from openssl to gnutls. But this maybe an problem if an company use as base for own development an Version that cointained this statement. ... and distribute the linked executables AND MAKE YOUR OWN MODIFICATION AVAIBLE UNDER GNU GPL WITH(OUT) THESE EXEPTION.
