Hi. I am still having trouble getting the links converted. I have used the command:
wget -k -r ftp://user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/ It brought all of the pages down, but when you go to any link, it will go to the page on my old web server. Is it possible that this has something to do with DNS? When I do a 'nslookup' on my new web server, for the domain name of the old web server, it does not find it. (I have changed servers/ip address/dns name of web site) Can anyone help me understand how it knows what to convert the links to? What does it use to change a link, say, 'http://schools.northern.us.edu/winslow/weather.htm to http://schools.ecu.edu/winslow/weather.htm. Thanks for all the help to date.
