bug: expanding of %0A %0D in urlencoded strings

I'm using GNU Wget 1.5.3 - there seem to be a bug when I use a path with 
urlencoded paramters in it.

wget will expand \n and \r (%0A and %0D) from the urlencoded string, and 
sends a wrong request to the server.
