I'm trying to download a page with an https:// URL, and I'm behind a firewall. Other sites, I can download fine by using the HTTP_PROXY setting in Wget. When I try the secure site, I get a "Domain not found" error indicating it is not recognizing the need to go thru the proxy. I have tried to add an "HTTPS_PROXY" but Wget seems to ignore this.
