Hi,
I have a small guestion/bug.

If I specify output file (with parameter "-O" --output-document=FILE
write documents to FILE) this output file get current timestamp.
Subsequently don't work right the parameter "-N" (--timestamping - don't
retrieve files if older than local.).

Example:
wget -N -O Comet0045.jpg
"http://encke.jpl.nasa.gov/images/02O4/02O4_020930_mj1.jpg";

Output (second attempt):
C:\Petr\WGet>wget -N -O Comet0045.jpg
"http://encke.jpl.nasa.gov/images/02O4/02O4_020930_mj1.jpg";
--09:17:32--
http://encke.jpl.nasa.gov:80/images/02O4/02O4_020930_mj1.jpg
           => `Comet0045.jpg'
Connecting to encke.jpl.nasa.gov:80... connected!
HTTP request sent, fetching headers... done.
Length: 55,859 [image/jpeg]

    0K -> .......... .......... .......... .......... .......... [ 91%]
   50K -> ....                                                   [100%]

09:17:42 (5.92 MB/s) - `Comet0045.jpg' saved [55859/55859]

Command without -O parameter work properly:
wget -N "http://encke.jpl.nasa.gov/images/02O4/02O4_020930_mj1.jpg";

Output (second attempt):
C:\Petr\WGet>wget -N
"http://encke.jpl.nasa.gov/images/02O4/02O4_020930_mj1.jpg";

--09:20:10--
http://encke.jpl.nasa.gov:80/images/02O4/02O4_020930_mj1.jpg
           => `02O4_020930_mj1.jpg'
Connecting to encke.jpl.nasa.gov:80... connected!
HTTP request sent, fetching headers... done.
Length: 55,859 [image/jpeg]
Local file `02O4_020930_mj1.jpg' is more recent, not retrieving.

Can you help me?

Thank you.
